Your Daily Journal

A quiet corner of your day.

Your Daily Journal is a simple, supportive way to get into journaling, without the pressure to do it perfectly.

You’ll receive one journaling prompt delivered straight to your phone each day, helping you reflect, reset, and reconnect with yourself. You’ll also be invited to a monthly guided journaling workshop, where we slow things down and explore a theme together in a supportive, calm space.

This isn’t about writing beautifully or journaling every single day. It’s about giving yourself a moment of awareness in the middle of a busy life.

Why Your Daily Journal exists

You’ve probably heard that journaling is “good for you”.  But knowing that and actually doing it are two very different things.

Most people don’t struggle because they’re bad at journaling.  They struggle because they don’t know where to start, what to write, or how to keep it going without turning it into another thing they feel they’ve failed at.

Your Daily Journal exists to take the pressure off. Journaling is meant to be messy. It’s a reflection of the thoughts already swirling around in your head, not a performance or a productivity tool.

What journaling can give you

Members often tell me that journaling helps them feel clearer and more relaxed.
It gives them space to simplify, reflect, and make sense of what’s going on when everything feels tangled.

Journaling helps most when you can’t see the wood for the trees. It’s a way to organise your thoughts and make sense of your world.

What’s included

✍️ A daily journaling prompt, sent straight to your phone via Telegram. The prompt acts as a gentle reminder to check in with yourself. You can write for five minutes, an hour, or simply reflect quietly. It all counts.

🌙 A monthly guided journaling workshop
An online, one-hour session where we:

  • Reflect on how journaling has been going

  • Talk through common sticking points

  • Spend 20–30 minutes in a guided journaling practice together

It’s a bit like a book club, but for writing and self-reflection.

💬 Optional chat space
You can opt into a chat group if you want connection, but there’s no expectation to share or participate.

Important: Daily prompts are sent via Telegram. You’ll need the free Telegram app to receive them.

How often do I need to journal?

Your Daily Journal doesn’t expect you to journal every day.

Even seeing the prompt pop up on your phone is a reminder that you matter and that taking care of yourself is important. If you put pen to paper, that’s great. If you don’t, that’s okay too.

This is about consistency without pressure.

Who it’s for

Your Daily Journal is for you if:

  • You’re curious about journaling but don’t know where to start

  • You’ve tried journaling before and struggled to stick with it

  • You feel mentally overloaded or burnt out

  • You want more self-awareness and clarity

  • You need something gentle that fits around real life

Many subscribers are women juggling work, family, and the mental load of trying to do it all.

A note on perfection

We put so much pressure on ourselves to journal every day, in a beautiful notebook, with beautiful handwriting. And when we don’t live up to that image, we tell ourselves we’ve failed.

Your Daily Journal is an invitation to do it differently.
Messy counts. Inconsistent counts. Showing up when you can counts.
